At The Nava Center, we are committed to promoting healing, equity, and empowerment through a range of services designed to support individuals, communities, and organizations. Our offerings encompass trauma-informed therapy, inclusive programs, and educational trainings designed to promote personal growth and systemic change.
Our licensed clinicians provide personalized, trauma-informed therapy to support individuals on their healing journey. We utilize evidence-based modalities, including:
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Prolonged Exposure (PE)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
We offer group therapy sessions that provide communal support and skill-building opportunities:
DBT Skills Group: Focuses on distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Trauma Support Groups: Facilitated spaces to process and heal from traumatic experiences.
Our services are offered on a sliding scale based on household income, and we accept Quest Behavioral Health insurance. We are committed to making therapy accessible to all and will never turn anyone away due to financial constraints.
